Shish Kabob Marinade

MARINADE FOR SHISH – KABOBS  

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of Tabasco
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 lb. top sirloin, cut into cubes

Mix all ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil. Cool. Marinate meat on skewers 1-2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
