Menu – January 2006

 

The Mediterranean Feast

We will be recreating an amazing Mediterranean Feast that the Barefoot Contessa once witnessed while camping through Provence. We will be making a feast of Marinated Grilled Lamb, Curried couscous, Hummus, Tzatziki and Pita bread, with a dessert that is not from her menu, but is this committee’s all time favorite, Creme Brulee.
